What would ScheduleAI save you?

• Scenarios. Conservative: planning effort −30%, subcontracted days −10%, travel −8%. Expected: −50%, −18%, −15%. Best measured uses the strongest results measured on customers' own production data: 28% less subcontracting at an international certification & inspection body and 28.2% less travel distance at a food-safety certification body in North America, with planning effort −70%.
• Subcontracting. Days moved in-house are capped by real spare capacity: auditors × days each can spend on audits, minus the internal days you already deliver. Only 60% of that spare time counts, because it has to match the right codes, region and dates, plus half of the driving time saved. Each day moved saves the subcontractor day rate, because it fills time your auditors are already paid for. The note under the total shows the estimate if you also count their salary for those days. The licence is not deducted.
• Travel. Kilometres = audits (audit days ÷ average length) × round-trip distance per audit, split by travel mode (Mixed = 70% car, 20% train, 10% plane). Car costs count fuel only, at the average of petrol and diesel prices for your country: the European Commission Weekly Oil Bulletin (week of 21 September 2026) for EU countries, Fuel Finder UK (August 2026) for the UK and the US Energy Information Administration (week of 21 September 2026) for the United States. Mileage allowances, hotel nights and vehicle wear are left out, so travel savings are understated. Train and plane use average fares per km: £0.15 / €0.12 / $0.15 by train and £0.18 / €0.20 / $0.20 by plane. Fewer kilometres come from clustering visits into trips. Prices are refreshed every quarter.
• CO₂e. UK Government 2025 conversion factors: an average of 2.31 kg CO₂e per litre of car fuel (2.51 kg diesel, 2.10 kg petrol), 0.035 kg per passenger-km by rail and 0.151 kg per passenger-km for a short-haul economy flight. Useful for Scope 3 business-travel reporting.
• Rescheduling. Reschedules = audits × share rescheduled. Planner effort is 1.5 hours per reschedule, cut by 40% (conservative) or 60% (expected and best). Half of short-notice cancellations leave a day unused; ScheduleAI backfills 20% (conservative) or 35% of those days, valued at your internal auditor day cost (annual cost ÷ days on audits). These are our estimates, not measured customer results.
• Currency. Amounts are in your country's currency. Countries outside the euro area are converted at the ECB reference rate (April 2026 monthly average).
• Driving time. Kilometres avoided at an average of 65 km/h.
• Planning. Planners × cost × share of time scheduling × reduction. Hours assume 1,650 working hours per year. Hours freed are valued at planner cost; they become cash when you avoid a hire or move planners to other work.
